Maybelline Fit Me Concealer Review

I have already mentioned this in my December favourite, but as always I thought that I should write a more detailed review of the product. As you may have read from my December favourites, I bought this concealer as a backup and to make do until my new concealer from The Saem came through in the post, and so I used this concealer for about 2-3 weeks.

Kiko Smart Lipstick Review

I mentioned this in my November favourites, but I thought I should also write a separate review for this lipstick in more detail. This was definitely my lipstick for the month of November. Although, I did include another lip product in my November favourites, this was the one I was reaching for since I purchased it and couldn't stop, especially when the shade is so fitting with this season. This lipstick is Kiko's Smart Lipstick in shade #13 Rosewood.

Home Fragrances (Zara Home Black Forest and Ralph Lauren Spa Fragrance Diffuser) and YSL Glossy Stain Haul

I purchased a scent diffuser from Zara home two weeks ago and I finally opened it up last night. The scent spreads very quickly. Within a few minutes I could already smell the fragrance and a few hours later the scent spread strongly throughout the room. I am totally loving the scent of this and I feel like it's such a shame to use it up because not only does it smell nice but the bottle, and even the box it's packaged in looks so pretty. I would totally buy this again, although it is is a little pricey nevertheless most of the same quality and quantity are around the same price if they are not sale.

However, last week on black Friday I am so glad I decided to shop around because I ended up finding such a great deal on Ralph Lauren's scent diffusers. They were only £7.99, and the RRP was £17.99. I ended up buying 4, 2 for myself and 2 for my sister, 3 of which were the same scent named spa and the other named fresh linen, which I bought for my sister because I know she likes them sort of scents. Whereas, I find it a little too bland and boring. I went back there the other day and they don't have any of these in store anyway, but they do have other scents, which were not on offer during Black Friday, and are still at £17.99.

Another item I purchased, or should I say earned, from my Debenhams beauty card is the ysl lip stain in 12. It's the same one my sister has but I do really like it and so I bought one for myself. This would be another ysl lip product that me and my sister both own the same shade lip product. Not only did I not have to pay in cash but there was also 15% off due to the Cyber Monday offers. Very good! :)

Make Up For Ever HD Pressed Powder Review

Along with my MUFE HD foundation purchase, I also bought this MUFE HD Pressed Powder, which my sister recommended for me, and as I have high expectations for MUFE products, I decided to purchase it. I'm happy I did purchase this powder because I really love it and the high expectations I had for MUFE products has been met so far.

Make Up For Ever HD Foundation Review

I'm back again with a new review and a foundation review. This is my first time ever purchasing Make Up For Ever products so I was so excited to try it out, especially having heard so many great things about it, but it's not really available in the UK so I have been trying to get my hands on it for ages. My sister and I had actually considered taking a trip to Paris for a day or two over the summer, just to visit Sephora, as well as not having any holidays planned for this year but we thought it was too expensive and bothersome to travel so we passed on the idea in the end. A few weeks ago, my sister was watching a vlog and found out that there is actually one store in London that sells MUFE products, so as soon as it was the weekend, I travelled to London, visited the shop, and bought my MUFE products. I am so happy that I have finally purchased the foundation I have been wanting to get my hands on in years and try it out, and I am very pleased with it.

September Favourites

It's September! Time for students to go back to school and graduates to start working, or like me still finding a suitable job. Nevertheless, I have found something I can do temporarily until I find something better. Hopefully~

I feel like I have a lot to talk about regarding my favourites for the month of September. I have purchased a few new products to treat my oily skin and they seem to be making a difference so good results must be shared. Let's get into my September favourites.

September favourites include...
Ciracle Blackhead Off-sheet
Benefit Hoola Bronzing Powder
Bourjois Colour Boost Crayon
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
Clarins Ultra Matte Rebalancing Lotion (for oily skin)
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation

Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon

The other week, my sister and I poured out our collection of lip products out and swatched them and compared them all, and during that my sister told me that these two goodies were mine. I had no idea. It's been residing in her room for so long, I must have forgotten. With new products in my collection, I always look forward to testing them out which I have recently been doing with the Fucshia Libre colour and I love it.

These lip products are very similar to the Revlon Colour Boost lip crayons, which I have also previously purchased but didn't really like it so much. However, I like these so much. I just guess I shouldn't have gone with the Revlon matte lip crayons, but something more hydrating like how these are.

YSL Fusion Ink Foundation Review

For the past year or so, I have been only using the Estee Lauder Long Last foundation but I have recently purchased a new foundation to try out and it's the YSL Fusion Ink Foundation. I heard that it's for all skin types, matte finish and build-able coverage, which are all factors that must be checked off before I decide to purchase a foundation, and because it claimed to do so and from reviews I decided to go for it.

I have used this a few times already and was really excited about it, considering all the good things I heard about it, but I am actually a little disappointed.

August Favourites

It's a new month, so it's time to talk about my favourites for the past month. Again, I haven't been out much so I haven't been able to try many products a lot, and so can't really review a lot of products, which I actually have a lot of recently. Nevertheless, let's get into my August favourites.

August Favourites includes...
AC Ckinic Pink Powder Spot
YSL Rouge Pur Couture #17
Nature Republic Jelly Drop Jam Balm
Soap & Glory Heel Genius Foot Cream
Body Shop Vineyard Peach Shower Gel

Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel Review

Today, I will be reviewing Nature Republic's Aloe Vera Soothing Gel. I am already half way through my second tub of this product, which has taken me just over year to go through, and I absolutely love it. I bought this during a short trip to Seoul and having heard all about the rage, I just had to try it.

Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer Review

I am on a roll today with reviews. I've been purchasing a lot of new products recently and seeing that I have lots of free time, I decided to write as many reviews as I can today.

I'm sure everyone has heard of Urban Decay's Primer Potion, and its popularity is also widely known. Behold, there is an eye primer just as good as Urban Decay's Primer Potion and is much cheaper. This product is Korean brand, Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer.

I heard about this from my sister, who told me that this is known as the dupe for Urban Decay's Primer Potion in Korea, and the best thing about it is its price. In fact, Korean beauty brands produce a lot of good dupes for well known American make-up products and sell them at much lower prices. I have tried a few of the popular dupes and its originals and I must say that they are definitely just as good, and some are even better than the original, this product in particular.

I have already gone through one bottle of this, making it 8 months since my purchase. Wow, I haven't even realised. Considering the fact that this product only cost me US$6.99 (£4.16) incl. P&P, it is definitely worth its price. Not only is it cheap, but I think it suits me much better than the Urban Decay Primer Potion.

Clio Sun Believable All Kill Sun Spray (SPF50+ PA+++) Review

Two reviews in one day. It's a first!

I recently found out about these sun sprays, and knowing that we are advised to reapply sun protection every few hours, I thought that this was a very convenient and sensible product to buy. I looked at the rankings of best sun sprays from Get It Beauty and this product came #2. I didn't go for the #1 product because Get It Beauty averages its results for its ranking, which means that it does not come #1 in every category its judged in. I looked at reviews for the top 3 and decided on this Clio. It is also the cheapest out of the top 3. Again, I purchased this from rubyruby76 on ebay for USD19.70 (£11.80~).

Innisfree Eco Safety No Sebum Sun Milk Review

As I have shown in my recent haul post, I purchased this Innisfree Sun Milk. I was looking forward to using this because, at the time of purchase and delivery of this product, it has been very warm and sunny, so I figured I should apply some sun cream, but I didn't own any. I read quite a few reviews on this product and they all seemed to like it, and I am quite fond of Innisfree products so I decided to go ahead and purchase this - Purchased for USD15.48 (£9.06~) from rubyruby76 (ebay).

Scholl Express Pedi Pedicure Review

The review I have for today is this Scholl Express Pedi Pedicure tool. I've had this for a few months already now and I think it's totally worth purchasing. I first heard and saw this from Queenie (BeautyQQ) on YouTube and the results looked amazing so I had to get it.

I got mine from Amazon for £21.05 as it was cheaper compared to Boots (£39.99).

Haul Preview

I think I will be skipping this month's favourites because I haven't been out much this month and so I haven't been able to use a lot of make-up, and the products I have been using are ones I have mentioned in my previous favourites. However, my recent haul has arrived this week so I expect lots of reviews and/or new favourites for the month of August. Here's a little preview of what I got.

Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eyeliner Review

Last month, I made a haul which included this Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eye-liner. I haven't tried using it, until just recently. I've heard great things about this eye-liner and the reason I bought this is because I heard it was a great dupe for the Bobbi Brown Gel Eye-liner, which I've been using for the past few years. Tony Moly's Backstage Gel Eye-liner is said to be just as good but sold at 1/3 of it's price, so I had to try it. I purchased this ebay for US$8.98 (£5.27) with free P&P, but I just checked and it's even cheaper from sing-sing-girl on ebay at US$7.30 (£4.28).

Secret Key Black Out Pore Minimising Pack Review

I have been using this product 2-3 times a week in the past few weeks and I have noticed that my pores have noticeably been minimised. I became aware of this product through the TV program on KBS called After School's Beauty Bible and it has also been posted on many naver blogs because of this and so I decided to try it out.

Circle Blackhead Off-sheet Review [update]

I recently made a huge haul, in which most products were to help with my pores, and Ciracle's Blackhead Off Sheet was the one I was most looking forward to trying out, because I saw and read great results from this product.

I got mine for £9.29 ($15.75) during the seller's sale on Ebay iamlove-shop, who offers free delivery from South Korea. It arrived faster than I expected. I remember previous purchases made on Ebay from South Korea would take up to two weeks but this arrived under two weeks, it took around one and a half weeks.
